Hypo & Hashi’s

In 2010, I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism followed by a diagnosis of Hashimoto’s in 2015. Like so many of us, I was not educated by my medical professionals about how best to support my body and facilitate healing.

I began learning about my conditions and how to best nurture my body in 2014.

In 2017, I decided to incorporate my journey, research, and study into my yoga, coaching and essential oils work. I also began establishing a network of people with chronic illness for the purpose of supporting each other on a journey of holistic healing.

In my own personal journey, I place an emphasis on nourishing my body with the appropriate diet for me, practicing intentional movement that builds strength and stamina, and ongoing research to help facilitate my healing. I have begun adding my research into my coaching. My work has led me to a new awareness of the healing power of the mind, body, spirit connection. in the practice of yoga and the natural support provided by essential oils.
